A Great Display of Rugby from the Colts.
By Ian Barrett
Hard work during training sessions has started to pay dividends as the team are starting to show their true potential.
Despite having several players missing, this was a fantastic performance and the team started to show what they a capable of, certainly in the first half. The second half was an uphill slog; however they worked hard in attack and defense and took their opportunities well.
Small details put pay to a lot more tries being scored; however, there are really encouraging signs and a much improved desire and intensity being brought into the game.

The next game is an away fixture at Gateshead. Based on our previous fixture, it will be a tough game; however, by sticking to a game plan and playing fast, expansive, intelligent, structured rugby, we should be able to build on our early season success.
Training on Thursday, 6:00pm at Rockcliff RFC
