The 2021 Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the members of Whitley Bay Rockcliff Rugby Football Club Limited is to take place as follows:
Date: Sunday, 8 August 2021 Saturday, 3 July 2021
Time: 1pm (until approximately 1.45pm)
Location: The Clubhouse, Whitley Bay Rockcliff RFC, Lovaine Avenue, Whitley Bay, NE25 9AT (please register your attendance here)
AGENDA
- To read the notice convening the Meeting and to receive apologies for absence.
- To approve the minutes of the AGM held on 10 October 2020.
- To transact the following items of Ordinary Business:
a) to receive draft accounts, for the period to 31 March 2021;
b) to receive from the Board a report of the activities of the Club since the previous AGM;
c) to appoint Ryecroft Glenton as reporting accountants to the Club; and
d) to announce the election of the President, Chairman, Secretary, Treasurer and the Elected Directors to be appointed. -
To transact the following item of Special Business: (a) to announce the election (as appropriate) of the members of the General Committee who are not directors of the company.

Please note that only Members (excluding Social Members) and Vice Presidents are eligible to vote at the AGM. Attendance at the AGM to non-members may be restricted to comply with Covid-19 regulations.
